How Many Designs Do I get To Use?
Generally we allow 1-2 printed designs and 1 embroidery design, depending on the needs of the group and what apparel they are looking to sell.
How Long Does the Site Stay Up For?
We work with you on how long you want the site to be active for. For fundriasing campaigns though, we don't product any of the orders until the end date of the campaign, so we suggest only having your campaign active for 2-3 weeks at most.
What Products Can We Offer To Sell In Our Fundraiser?
You can sell any item available on our website, but we suggest mixing it up and offering printed t-shirts, printed hoodies, an embroidered logo hat, maybe a printed bag, or custom water bottle. It really depends on your audience and what they would be interested in purchasing. For schools it may be a good idea to offer a polo option for teachers or coaches, and for parents you could offer a custom yard sign. It's all up to you.
How Does Our Organization Get Paid From The Fundraiser?
After a fundriasing campaign we will mail a check to the holder of the W9 provided for payment. If your organization has an 'evergreen' site, if the raised amount is $25 or more in a given month, we will mail out a check monthly.
*An order must be completely closed out, meaning shipped or pickup, before we can release money for any order. Any order that is not picked up, the fundriasing money is held in the account.
